Separate or Shared?

Each location can have its own stock (simpler) or central warehouse + branches (complex). For 2–3 shops, separate stock per location is often enough.

Transfer Between Locations

If you move stock from Shop A to Shop B, record it. Deduct from A, add to B. Otherwise counts go wrong. Use transfer slips or app.

Demand Can Differ

Location 1 might sell more beverages; Location 2 more snacks. Don’t copy-paste order patterns. Track separately.

Systems

Same app for both helps – one login, switch location. Or separate for simplicity. Depends on size.
